Responsibilities include data entry, bid tracking, creating contracts, and ensuring bid requirements are met. Strong communication and Excel skills are essential in this fast-paced role with potential hybrid work

Qualifications

• High School Diploma / GED.
• 6-12 months accounting or administrative support experience.
• Proficient in Excel and MS Office Suite.
• Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Data entry experience.

Responsibilities

• Support the contract and bids process for college/university food service customers.
• Set up and maintain contracts and pricing to secure profitability.
• Communicate with sales, customer service, purchasing, bid, and vendors.
• Data entry, monitor pricing and bid renewals, track usage, analyze reports.
• Maintain bid logs, convert bids to spreadsheets, create contracts.
• Ensure bid requirements are met and assist with bid reconciliations.
