Job summary

Signature Performance, Inc. is seeking a Contract Analyst to review and negotiate commercial agreements, ensure policy alignment, and support federal and commercial contracting efforts. You will monitor lifecycle milestones and maintain accurate records.

The ideal candidate has 4+ years of contracting experience, strong analytical and communication skills, and the ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment. Central Time schedule and US-based employment.

Qualifications

• 4+ years' experience in contracting (preferably federal and commercial), including drafting, negotiating and supporting various types of commercial contracts.
• Proven experience in contract drafting, analysis and negotiations.
• Must be able to review, analyze and summarize existing and potential contract terms and provide feedback to stakeholders.
• Experience drafting and updating corporate policies and procedures.
• Strong written and verbal communication and presentation skills.
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
• Experience with industry-specific contracts (technology, purchase, distribution, licensing, etc.).

Responsibilities

• Review, analyze, and interpret commercial contracts to ensure alignment with company policies and legal requirements.
• Monitor contract performance throughout the life cycle for compliance with terms and milestones.
• Draft, negotiate, and finalize contractual terms with clients, vendors, and partners.
• Collaborate with internal departments and key stakeholders to facilitate negotiations, development and approval.
• Maintain accurate records of all contractual documents and ensure timely contract execution.
• Identify and assess contractual risks and recommend mitigation strategies.
• Support contract renewal, amendments, and termination processes.
• Provide guidance and training to internal stakeholders on contractual procedures and best practices.
• Stay updated on relevant laws, regulations, and industry standards impacting commercial agreements.
• Conduct vendor coordination and oversight.
• Perform research on various contracting questions.
• Perform other duties as required.
