You will coordinate with clients, vendors and internal teams to drive compliant, timely contract execution. Ideal candidates have 4+ years in contracting, strong analytical skills, and experience with policy development.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Finance, or Health-related field.
• 4+ years' contracting experience including drafting, negotiating and support of commercial contracts.
• Proven experience in contract drafting, analysis and negotiations.
• Excellent analytical and communication skills.
• Detail oriented with high level of accuracy.
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
• Experience drafting and updating corporate policies and procedures.
• Proven proficiency in drafting, reviewing, negotiating, and supporting various contract agreements.
• Strong ability to review, analyze and summarize contract terms and provide feedback to stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Support reviewing, analyzing, and interpreting commercial contracts to ensure alignment with policies and legal requirements.
• Monitor contract performance for compliance with terms and milestones across the lifecycle.
• Assist drafting, negotiating, and finalizing contractual terms with clients, vendors, and partners.
• Collaborate with internal departments to facilitate negotiations and approvals.
• Maintain accurate records of all contractual documents and ensure timely execution.
• Identify and assess contractual risks and recommend mitigation strategies.
• Support contract renewals, amendments, and termination processes.
• Provide guidance and training on contractual procedures and best practices.
• Stay updated on relevant laws and industry standards impacting agreements.
• Conduct vendor coordination and oversight; perform contracting research.
• Engage with executive leadership daily in a team environment.
