Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a related field.
• 4+ years contracting experience (federal and commercial).
• Experience drafting, analyzing, negotiating contracts.
• Excellent analytical and communication skills.
• Detail oriented with high accuracy.
• Ability to work independently in fast-paced environment.
• Experience drafting/updating corporate policies and procedures.
• Proven ability to review, analyze and summarize contract terms.

Responsibilities

• Review and analyze commercial contracts for policy and legal compliance.
• Monitor contract performance for compliance and milestones.
