Signature Performance, Inc. is seeking a Contracts Analyst to support reviewing, negotiating, and drafting commercial agreements and to ensure compliance with company policies.

The role involves monitoring contract performance, mitigating risks, and maintaining meticulous contract records across the lifecycle. The ideal candidate will have 4+ years in contracting, strong analytical and communication abilities, and experience with federal and commercial agreements.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a relevant field (preferred)
• 4+ years' contracting experience including drafting and negotiations
• Proven experience in drafting, analyzing and negotiating contracts
• Excellent analytical and communication skills
• Detail oriented with high accuracy
• Ability to work independently and in fast-paced environments
• Experience drafting/updating corporate policies and procedures
• Strong ability to review, analyze and summarize contract terms for stakeholders

Responsibilities

• Review, analyze, and interpret commercial contracts to align with policies and legal requirements
• Monitor contract performance for compliance and milestones
• Draft, negotiate, and finalize contractual terms with stakeholders, clients, vendors, and partners
• Collaborate with internal departments to facilitate negotiations and approvals
• Maintain accurate records and ensure timely contract execution
• Identify and assess contractual risks and mitigation strategies
• Support renewals, amendments, and terminations
• Provide guidance on contractual procedures and best practices
• Stay updated on laws and industry standards affecting contracts
• Coordinate with vendors and conduct research on contracting questions
