Responsibilities include sourcing, screening, interviewing, and referring candidates for entry and mid-level roles as well as managerial, technical, and professional positions.

You will develop relationships with agencies and HR partners to ensure service levels, while ensuring compliance with legal recruiting practices in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifikationen

• Bachelor's degree required or equivalent work experience
• Four (4) years or more experience in recruiting or related area required

• Sources, screens, interviews and refers candidates to hiring manager
• Develops effective relationships with placement agencies and external recruiters
• Ensures compliance with recruiting laws and policies
• Promotes Ryder as an employer of choice
• Determines best avenue in recruiting and meets service levels
• Performs other duties as assigned
