HomeServe USA Corp in Chattanooga, TN is seeking a Contractor Onboarding and Support Specialist. You will manage onboarding and ongoing support for our contractor network, train contractors, and drive performance improvements through data analysis and cross-functional collaboration.

You will work with the Regional Operations Management team to ensure coverage and adherence to HomeServe standards while delivering excellent customer service in residential repairs.

Competenze

• Strong time management and organization are required.
• Prior training experience is a plus.
• Ability to manage conflicts effectively.
• Independent self-starter who can collaborate across teams.
• Strong data analysis skills with actionable recommendations.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite.
