Job summary

Black Diamond Networks in Andover, MA is seeking an Onboarding Specialist to streamline contractor onboarding, serve as the liaison between Operations, Sales and Recruiting, and ensure all required paperwork is completed before assignments start.

You will coordinate drug tests, background checks, and documentation with Account Executives and Recruiters, provide hands-on support to contractors, and help keep our onboarding process efficient and accurate in a fast-paced staffing environment.

Qualifications

• High School diploma required.
• Strong telephone and verbal communication skills.
• Strong written communication skills.
• Ability to multi-task.
• Meticulous attention to detail.
• Prior customer service preferred.
• Time management skills.
• Quick learner and adapt to changes within the organization.
• Strong computer skills, including knowledge of all Microsoft Office applications and the ability to adapt to new computer programs.
• Desire to be a team player and work as part of a group.

Responsibilities

• Act as a liaison between the Operations/Sales & recruiting teams and BDN Contractors.
• Provide support for the BDN Contractors.
• Use problem solving skills to meet the needs of the BDN Contractors.
• Ensure onboarding documents and other requirements are properly completed prior to the start of an assignment.
• Communicate with Account Executives and Recruiters to ensure proper documentation is completed and received.
• Set up & track drug tests and background checks per client requirements.
• Track and communicate pending requirements to internal team.
• Send out and review contractor paperwork.
