Job summary

Reinforced Learning is seeking an experienced onboarding operations specialist to drive contractor setup, from identity verification to tax and payment arrangements. You’ll own orientation and program-specific training for new contributors, and push the time-to-first-task to be fast and compliant.

You’ll maintain complete records for audits, coordinate process changes with legal and finance, and keep meticulous documentation.

Qualifications

• Two or more years in onboarding, HR operations, contractor management or similar.
• Meticulous about documentation and process.
• A clear communicator who makes complicated steps simple.
• Onboarding and payments tooling.

Responsibilities

• Identity verification, agreements, tax and payment setup for new contributors.
• Orientation and task-specific training for each program.
• Time to first task, tracked and shortened.
