Job summary

Openforce is seeking an IC Experience Specialist to guide contractors through onboarding for new implementations and ongoing client projects. You will handle inquiries by phone, chat, and email, acting as SME for assigned programs, and report progress to internal teams and clients.

You will proactively contact contractors about enrollment status, resolve issues, and coordinate with other departments and vendors to ensure timely delivery and high service quality.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED equivalent.
• Minimum of two years of customer service experience, including at least one year in a call center.
• Proficient with MS Office applications (Outlook, Word, Excel).
• Ability to work with PC tools, remote desktop, chat and email systems.
• Spanish language skills are a plus but not required.

Responsibilities

• Guide contractors through enrollment for new implementations and client projects.
• Handle inbound/outbound inquiries via phone, chat, and email.
• Provide training and support as SME for programs or systems.
• Coordinate with internal teams and third-party vendors to resolve requests.
• Document all call/case information and report project updates regularly.
