Crowe is seeking an HR Compliance Manager to own the contingent worker lifecycle, partnering with leaders to ensure compliant engagement models, classification, and ongoing obligations. You will maintain records, support audits, and drive process improvements across the organization.

The role requires 5–7+ years in HR compliance with contractor management experience, strong knowledge of worker classification, and familiarity with systems like Workday.

Competenze

• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Legal Studies, or related field.
• 5–7+ years of progressive HR compliance or related experience with contingent workforce management.
• Experience owning or directly overseeing the contractor management lifecycle.
• Professional certification in HR or compliance preferred (e.g., SHRM‑CP, SHRM‑SCP, PHR, SPHR, or CCEP).
• Experience in professional services, consulting, or multinational organizations preferred.

Mansioni

• Partner with business units to understand contingent workforce requirements and recommend engagement approaches.
• Lead and document worker classification assessments with Legal and HR Compliance Leader on complex determinations.
• Create and manage approved job requisitions and related workforce requests in Workday.
• Coordinate onboarding with relevant teams for a smooth experience.
• Ensure contractor engagements have active, approved agreements and SOWs; manage extensions or terminations.
• Maintain accurate engagement records, approvals, and renewal milestones; supervise offboarding.
• Manage ongoing obligations and compliance related to worker status changes and documentation.
• Coordinate offboarding with IT, Finance, and other parties; ensure records are closed.
• Develop and improve contractor lifecycle procedures, controls, and reporting to close gaps.
• Identify compliance gaps and drive consistent execution across business units.
