Crowe is seeking an HR Compliance Manager focused on contractor management. You will oversee the end-to-end contingent worker lifecycle, advising leaders on compliant engagement models and classifications.

Qualifikationen

• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Legal Studies, or a related field.
• 5–7+ years of progressive HR compliance or related experience.
• Must have owned or directly overseen the contractor management lifecycle.
• Professional certification in HR or compliance preferred (e.g., SHRM-CP, SHRM-SCP, PHR, SPHR, CCEP).
• Experience in professional services, consulting, or multinational organizations preferred.

Aufgaben

• Partner with business units to understand contingent workforce requirements and recommend engagement approaches.
• Lead and document worker classification assessments and consult Legal on higher-risk determinations.
• Create and manage approved job requisitions and related workforce requests in Workday.
• Coordinate with Onboarding and relevant teams to ensure smooth onboarding experience.
• Ensure each contractor engagement has an approved agreement and SOW; manage extensions/terminations.
• Maintain accurate start/end dates, renewal milestones, and approvals; engage leaders for extensions or terminations.
• Manage compliance obligations and documentation; support audits and remediation.
• Coordinate offboarding with stakeholders; ensure access removal and record closure.
• Maintain audit-ready records of classifications, requisitions, agreements, SOWs, and approvals.
