Job summary

Capital Electric, part of the Sonepar group, is expanding its PNP Sales and seeks an Account Manager to lead relations with small-to-medium contractors. You will identify growth opportunities, build relationships, and drive YOY sales and margins across Capital Electric resources.

The role emphasizes collaboration with program and branch teams, customer listening, goal setting, and access to business resources to support contractor success.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of counter sales or related experience selling electrical products.
• Knowledgeable of electrical products features and benefits.
• Passionate about the electrical products industry and electrical distribution.
• Personable and able to talk with customers.
• Able to work within a team environment.
• Self-starter, flexible, and able to independently manage your time.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with program leaders and branch teams to identify and grow contractors.
• Build relationships with customers, listen to needs, help set goals, access capital resources.
• Increase YOY sales, gross margin dollars, and gross margin percentage from target customers.
