Sonepar Canada, Inc. is hiring an Account Manager-PNP in Irving, Texas. You will handle inbound and outbound sales calls, manage customer accounts, and strive to generate revenue while maintaining high customer satisfaction.

Responsibilities include growing small to medium accounts, upselling, and maintaining CRM records. You will work with program leadership to meet targets, understand campaigns, and participate in ongoing training.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of sales or outbound sales call experience.
• Basic navigation of Eclipse, SSM and Microsoft Office.
• Knowledgeable of electrical products and electrical distribution.
• Strong phone and verbal communication skills along with active listening.
• Ability to use CRM systems and practices.
• Customer focus and adaptability to different personality types.
• Ability to multi-task, set priorities and manage time effectively.
• Able to work in a team environment.

Responsibilities

• Account Representative is responsible for inbound and outbound sales calls.
• Handle current and potential customers with the goal of generating revenue.
• Solve customer issues, complaints, and inquiries to maintain satisfaction.
• Identify, qualify, and grow small to medium accounts with program leadership.
• Manage large numbers of inbound and outbound calls in a timely manner.
• Follow communication scripts when handling topics.
• Upsell products and services when opportunities arise.
• Build sustainable relationships and engage customers to drive success.
• Keep records of conversations via CRM in a clear way.
• Attend seminars/training to improve knowledge and performance.
• Meet personal/team targets (qualitative and quantitative).
• Explain marketing campaigns to customers.
