Capital Electric, part of the Sonepar group, is seeking an Area Manager to lead our PNP program and mentor Account Managers across regions. You will drive sales, manage relationships with small-to-medium contractors, and travel to area branches to support growth.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of management experience.
• 5+ years of counter sales or related experience selling electrical products.
• Passionate about the electrical products industry and electrical distribution.
• Personable and able to talk with customers.
• Able to work within a team environment.

Responsibilities

• Manage Account Managers across all areas of Capital.
• Attend joint sales calls with Account Managers.
• Provide daily/weekly/monthly support and coaching to PNP Account Managers.
• Conduct quarterly reviews with Account Manager, Area Manager, and Counter Manager.
• Mentor and train Account Managers on new materials and sales calls.
