Job summary

Capital Electric, part of the Sonepar group, is seeking an Account Manager to generate income through product sales and services and to lead sales teams in maintaining and expanding the customer base in the Columbia, SC area.

The role focuses on calling on commercial, government and institutional clients, developing pricing strategies, coordinating training, and achieving annual sales targets while representing the Capital Electric brand within the Sonepar network.

Qualifications

• Must have experience with electrical/lighting supplies.
• 2-5 years of sales experience.

Responsibilities

• Calling on commercial, government and institutional customers and driving lighting projects.
• Manage the sales of products and services to account base.
• Develop new customer relationships.
• Attend trade shows and meetings.
• Meet or exceed annual sales goals.
• Other duties as required.
