Anneta Insurance Solutions, Inc. is a full-service FMO insurance agency supporting hundreds of brokers with contracting, marketing, enrollment, commissions and compliance trainings.

We are looking for a detail-oriented team member with strong communication and organizational skills to manage multiple contracts and analyze data. The ideal candidate should be proficient in MS Office, particularly Word and Excel, capable of learning internal systems, and comfortable assisting with in-house events

Qualifications

• Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word/Excel) and able to learn internal systems.
• Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
• Excellent verbal and written communication with clients.

Responsibilities

• Support daily office operations and manage multiple contracts and data.
• Assist with in-house events as needed.
• Provide customer-oriented service to clients and brokers.
• Communicate clearly by phone and email, both verbally and in writing.
• Collaborate with other departments when cross-training.
