Job summary

Integrity, a leading independent distributor of life, health and wealth insurance products, seeks a Contracting Coordinator to support agents, agencies, and internal staff through the contracting and onboarding process in Norfolk, Nebraska.

You will oversee the contract lifecycle, ensure regulatory compliance, build strong relationships with agents, and provide data entry and records management, delivering outstanding service in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required; additional education or certifications a plus.
• 2-4 years of related experience required.
• Experience with insurance contracts and levels is a plus.
• Must pass background check, pre‑hire drug screening, and monthly OIG/SAM checks.
• Willingness to work flexible hours during peak times.
• Exceptional organizational and time management abilities; able to prioritize and plan work activities efficiently.

Responsibilities

• Oversee the contract lifecycle from initial request to contract termination.
• Document incoming agent contracts and route via approved workflows.
• Prepare contracts for submission; scrub data and collect missing items.
• Follow up on submissions and notify agents when numbers are received.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with agents and agencies.
• Ensure compliance with contracting regulations and procurement laws.
• Resolve service-related issues for agents and marketers; improve processes.
• Verify payment levels are entered and data records are accurate.
• Provide outstanding customer support and contribute to a positive team environment.
