Job summary

Integrity is seeking a detail-oriented Contracting Specialist to manage the end-to-end agent contracting process and onboarding. You will scrub contracts, collect missing information, and coordinate with agents to ensure timely submission across carrier portals.

You will serve as a subject matter expert, maintain clear communication, and support customers with outstanding service while adapting to evolving processes and requirements. This role emphasizes accuracy, accountability, and teamwork.

Responsibilities

• Document incoming agent contracts and follow the contracting workflow.
• Prepare contracts for submission (scrubbing, collecting missing information).
• Reach out to agents to retrieve missing onboarding items.
• Send contracting links promptly and accurately.
• Process contracts through carrier portals.
• Serve as subject matter expert on agent contracting and assist others.
• Maintain transparent communication via meetings, email, IM and informal updates.
• Document discussions, messages, and actions taken to process requests.
• Complete tasks accurately within leadership timeframes; escalate when needed.
• Provide outstanding customer support.
• Embrace change; demonstrate ability to learn and improve.
• Other tasks as assigned.
