Salesforce, Inc. is seeking a Contract University Recruiter to join the Futureforce team.

You will own full-cycle recruiting for emerging talent, serving as a strategic partner to senior leaders and optimizing the recruitment lifecycle to deliver a scalable, exceptional candidate experience. You will partner with executives to shape hiring strategies, build pipelines, and manage on-campus and virtual events while ensuring a positive candidate journey.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of full-cycle recruiting experience with a focus on early career/university hiring.
• Ability to build strong relationships with senior executives, candidates, and cross-functional stakeholders.
• Experience managing high-volume pipelines and using KPIs to inform hiring decisions.
• Hands-on experience using AI productivity tools in recruiting to optimize workflows.

Responsibilities

• Manage end-to-end recruitment for early career candidates, including offers and visa sponsorship workflows where applicable.
• Partner with SVP/VP-level stakeholders to shape early career hiring strategies and pipelines.
• Build relationships with career centers, faculty, and student organizations; run on-campus and virtual events.
• Share market insights and enablement content for candidates, new hires, and hiring teams.
