Qualifications

• Experience sourcing and recruiting talent in university or early talent landscape.
• Demonstrated ability to build and manage university partnerships with career centers, student organizations, and academic institutions.
• Strong project management and data analysis skills to manage multiple priorities and optimize sourcing strategies.
• Excellent communication skills for independent work and global cross-regional collaboration.

Responsibilities

• Attract and engage candidates across all channels and deliver qualified talent to Recruiting partners.
• Build and maintain university partnerships and coordinate on-campus and virtual recruiting events.
• Cultivate relationships with candidates for immediate and future opportunities and maintain CRM talent pools.
• Leverage AI tools to drive efficiency and provide market insights for the Futureforce team.
