Job summary

Salesforce, Inc. is seeking a Contract University Recruiter to join the Futureforce team. You will own full-cycle recruiting for early career talent, partnering with senior leaders to craft pipelines and ensure a seamless candidate experience.

You will coordinate with university and community partners, run on-campus and virtual events, leverage AI tools to optimize workflows, and align hiring strategies with business goals while navigating visa workflows where applicable.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of full-cycle recruiting experience with a focus on early career/university hiring.
• Ability to build strong relationships with senior executives, candidates, and cross-functional stakeholders to align strategies and drive outcomes.
• Experience managing high-volume pipelines and using KPIs to inform hiring decisions and quarterly targets.
• Hands-on experience using AI productivity tools in recruiting contexts to optimize workflows.

Responsibilities

• Manage end-to-end recruitment for early career candidates, including visa sponsorship workflows where applicable.
• Partner with SVP/VP-level stakeholders to shape early career hiring strategies and build talent pipelines.
• Build and maintain relationships with university career centers, faculty, and student organizations; run on-campus and virtual events.
• Share market insights and enablement content for candidates, new hires, and hiring teams.
