The role focuses on managing the end-to-end contracting-to-payout lifecycle, ensuring data integrity across Salesforce, supplier onboarding, and payout processes. In a high-volume environment, the analyst will drive accuracy, supporting documentation, and automation-oriented improvements.

Qualifications

• Deal fulfillment experience in contracting-to-payout lifecycle.
• Reading and interpreting contract language with attention to detail.
• High-volume, deadline-driven transactional work requires precision.

Responsibilities

• Create, update, and maintain Salesforce records with full field completeness.
• Run regular hygiene sweeps to identify blanks, duplicates, and mismatches.
• Input executed contracts and data into Salesforce and internal tools, validating against source documents.
• Coordinate supplier setup and onboarding through internal procurement systems; track intake through activation.
• Monitor onboarding status, elevate blockers, and inform requesters of pipeline status.
• Prepare and submit payout requests with complete supporting detail and attachments.
• Track payouts end-to-end from request to payment; reconcile variances and document patterns.
• Maintain trackers, dashboards, and status reports; reconcile data across systems.
• Own open-item logs; keep SOPs up to date as tooling evolves.
