Ideal candidates will have 1–3 years in operations or revenue operations, strong Excel skills, and experience with contract-related documentation.

Qualifications

1–3 years in operations or related field.
Experience with high-volume deal fulfillment and contract-to-payout workflows.
Strong Excel skills including lookups, pivot tables, and data cleanup.

Responsibilities

Manage and maintain records across Salesforce and internal systems.
Support contract intake, documentation, and validation of key details.
Coordinate supplier onboarding and track requests through completion.
Prepare, validate, and track payout requests from submission through payment.
Reconcile contract, payout, supplier, and financial data across systems.
Maintain recurring reports, trackers, dashboards, and status updates.
Identify and resolve data discrepancies and workflow issues.
Maintain and improve SOPs and recurring processes.
Support efforts to scale manual workflows through standardization and automation.
