Job summary

Go Fractional is seeking a Talent Sourcer for Engineering on a 12-month contract. You will own the top-of-funnel, building pipelines for world-class engineers and leading market mapping, candidate research, and creative outreach.

This 100% remote role can be based anywhere in the United States or Canada and requires 3+ years of sourcing experience, proficiency with LinkedIn Recruiter, AI recruiting tools, talent mapping, and outreach sequencing.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of sourcing or recruiting experience for engineering talent.
• Fluency with LinkedIn Recruiter, AI recruiting tools, talent mapping, and outreach sequencing tools.
• Data-driven mindset with tracking of response, conversion, and channel performance.

Responsibilities

• Build and maintain a rich pipeline of engineering talent.
• Own market mapping: research competitors and target profiles.
• Design and execute data-driven sourcing strategies for passive candidates.
• Lead high-volume candidate outreach and clearly pitch the mission and team.
• Track and analyze sourcing metrics to refine targeting and channels.
