Job summary

Apptronik is seeking a highly motivated Contract Talent Acquisition Recruiter (6-month minimum) to support hiring across the company, spanning both technical and corporate roles. You will own varied, complex searches from intake through offer acceptance and act as a consultative partner to hiring managers.

You will source qualified candidates through LinkedIn Recruiter, professional networks, referrals, and direct outreach, tailoring your approach to each talent market.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of full-cycle recruiting experience in a high-growth environment.
• Experience supporting multiple functions and role types in a product-focused company.
• Proven track record of closing complex, senior-level roles across technical and non-technical teams.
• Ability to build trusted partnerships with leadership and hiring managers.

Responsibilities

• Own varied, complex searches from intake through offer acceptance as a consultative partner to hiring managers.
• Partner with leadership to understand business needs and advise on hiring strategy and timelines.
• Source and screen candidates via LinkedIn Recruiter, networks, referrals, and direct outreach; tailor approach by market.
• Manage pipelines and provide regular updates on progress, risks, and market conditions.
• Coordinate pre-employment processes and negotiate offers to close candidates.
