Go Fractional is seeking a high-ownership, full-cycle Contract Technical Sourcer to scale rapidly during a critical growth phase. You will own sourcing for engineering and technical roles, build warm pipelines, and partner with recruiters to translate needs into effective strategies.

The role offers remote work or Seattle, WA based options, with a data-driven approach and strong emphasis on authentic, personalized outreach. 3–5 years of experience is preferred.

Qualifications

• 3 to 5 years of sourcing experience for technical roles.
• Strong Boolean search skills with sourcing tools like LinkedIn Recruiter, SeekOut, HireEZ.
• Experience building candidate pipelines for hard-to-fill engineering roles.
• Ability to discuss technical roles with candidates and map roles precisely.
• Data-driven mindset with ability to track and improve sourcing metrics.

Responsibilities

• Map the talent landscape by discipline and geography.
• Identify and engage passive candidates via LinkedIn and networks.
• Build warm pipelines for future openings.
