• Previous call center, customer service, phone sales, collections experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Conduct outbound and inbound calls regarding outstanding balances and account status.
• Review account information before contacting customers to understand payment history.
• Discuss overdue balances professionally and identify obstacles to payment.
• Arrange payment plans within company policies and approval guidelines.
• Communicate agreed payment amounts, dates, and next steps.
• Follow up on payment commitments and unresolved issues.
• Document conversations, updates, and follow-up activities accurately.
• Maintain an organized workload and prioritize accounts needing attention.
• Escalate disputes to appropriate team members when needed.
• Coordinate with internal departments to clarify account information and support resolutions.
