Be a trusted member of the Talent Attraction team, scheduling candidate interviews with resumes, overviews, agendas and evaluations; updating the ATS; posting jobs; handling inquiries; supporting special projects; and building strong internal and external relationships.

Qualifications

• High school diploma required; Associate degree preferred.
• 1+ year administrative or executive support experience, calendar management.
• 1+ year experience with an ATS (Workday preferred; Taleo or iCIMS also acceptable).
• Strong analytical, organizational, interpersonal and communication skills.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office (Outlook and Excel) at intermediate/advanced level.
• Professional demeanor and ability to handle confidential matters.
• Willingness to work overtime; eligible to work in the U.S. without sponsorship preferred.

Responsibilities

• Schedule candidate interviews including distribution of resumes, candidate overviews, agendas, applications, directions and evaluations.
• Update ATS, post/update jobs, and process weekly/monthly reports.
• Respond to inquiries from the talent attraction team and/or candidates.
• Work on special projects as assigned.
• Build relationships internally and externally.
