Job summary

Baker Tilly is seeking a Temporary Talent Acquisition Recruiter to help attract and select top talent to support growth across professional services. You will conduct a high volume of structured interviews and manage full-cycle recruiting for select non-client-facing roles, delivering a positive candidate experience at scale.

The role requires strong interviewing and assessment skills, the ability to shift priorities with evolving hiring needs, and effective collaboration with recruiting

Qualifications

• Experience in talent acquisition within a professional services firm preferred.
• Experience in full life cycle recruiting.
• Ability to collaborate, influence and drive change in a matrix environment.
• Eligibility to work in the U.S. without sponsorship required.

Responsibilities

• Conduct high-volume structured interviews and assess candidates.
• Provide recommendations to recruiting partners based on criteria.
• Deliver a high-quality candidate experience throughout the process.
• Manage end-to-end recruiting for select roles, including offers.
• Coordinate with HR and hiring leaders to define talent needs.
• Maintain accurate candidate information in the ATS.
