Baker Tilly is seeking a Temporary Talent Acquisition Recruiter in Phoenix, AZ, to help attract and select strong talent supporting our growth. The role spans high-volume interviews to full-cycle recruiting for select non-client-facing positions.

Successful candidates will have 1 year of recruiting experience (or 5 years if no degree) in a professional services setting, and the ability to collaborate across a matrix organization while delivering a positive candidate experience.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree preferred or 5 years of relevant experience in lieu of degree.
• 1 year of experience required in talent acquisition, preferably in professional services.
• Ability to collaborate and influence in a matrix environment.
• Eligibility to work in the U.S. without sponsorship.

Responsibilities

• Support high-volume hiring by conducting structured candidate interviews.
• Evaluate candidate experience and qualifications against established criteria.
• Deliver a consistent, high‑quality candidate experience throughout the process.
• Manage interview activity with thorough documentation in the ATS.
• Partner with recruiting team members and hiring stakeholders to understand role requirements.
• Participate in interview debriefs and share candidate insights for timely decisions.
• Lead full life-cycle recruiting for select non-client-facing positions.
• Develop recruiting strategies in partnership with HR and hiring leaders.
• Maintain requisition and candidate information in the ATS.
