Job summary

Stanley 1913 is seeking a Talent Acquisition Partner for a 4–6 month contract based in Seattle, WA. You will partner with hiring managers to identify top talent, design effective interviews, and deliver an exceptional candidate experience for a high-growth brand.

You will source proactively, qualify candidates, and provide market insights to influence offers. This role emphasizes data-driven decisions and collaboration across teams in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of full life cycle hiring experience, preferably in-house.
• Proven sourcing, assessment and closing of top talent.
• Experience advising hiring leaders and building strong candidate relationships.
• Data-informed approach to improve hiring processes.

Responsibilities

• Engage and evaluate talented candidates to build a pipeline for a high growth business.
• Execute end-to-end proactive and creative sourcing strategies to meet the business need.
• Partner with hiring teams to build robust candidate pools from applicants, referrals, networking, and passive candidates through direct outreach.
• Qualify candidates based on experience, skills, interests, and hiring team feedback.
• Collaborate with hiring managers to scope new roles, write clear and compelling job descriptions, and hiring plans.
• Ensure interviews and assessments are job-relevant, consistent, and candidate-friendly.
• Capture candidate expectations on pay, advise hiring managers on offers, and provide market insights.
• Deliver an excellent candidate experience by setting expectations and providing timely, transparent updates throughout the process.
