Job summary

Colliers is seeking a Talent Acquisition professional to lead full-cycle recruitment across select U.S. locations, including Seattle, Chicago, Phoenix, and Portland.

You will partner with hiring managers to translate business needs into sourcing strategies, leveraging data to create strong pipelines and timely hires. You will source, assess, and present top candidates, ensuring an exceptional candidate and stakeholder experience while contributing to TA team goals.

Qualifications

• 4+ years in full-cycle Talent Acquisition.
• Experience with Applicant Tracking Systems; Workday preferred.
• Proven ability to build partnerships with hiring managers.
• Proficient in sourcing via LinkedIn, Indeed, referrals and networking.
• Strong data analytics and market insights to inform decisions.

Responsibilities

• Develop partnerships with hiring managers to understand priorities and talent needs.
• Act as a strategic TA advisor using data and insights to drive decisions.
• Source, interview, assess, and present high-quality candidates with hiring managers.
• Fill critical roles while delivering an excellent candidate and hiring manager experience.
• Collaborate within the TA team to improve recruitment outcomes.
