Job summary

Beacon Hill is seeking a Staffing Consultant in Chicago to identify candidates for temporary/contract roles, manage full-cycle recruiting from sourcing to placement, and coach job seekers through resumes and interviews. You will spend time engaging with candidates over the phone, email, or in person while building strong relationships and meeting hiring needs.

Youll be responsible for posting jobs, proactive candidate outreach, interviewing, prep for client interviews, and extending offers.

Responsibilities

• Identify prospective candidates through job boards, LinkedIn, referrals, and networking.
• Post jobs on job boards and engage in proactive candidate outreach.
• Conduct interviews and prep candidates for client interviews.
• Provide resume coaching and interview guidance to candidates.
• Deliver offers and manage the offer process for selected candidates.
• Maintain contact with on-assignment candidates and support their needs.
• Meet with team to discuss open positions and learning resources.
• Contribute to building a robust book of business and achieve targets.
