Job summary

Beacon Hill Solutions Group in Seattle is seeking an Associate Staffing Consultant to support the candidate lifecycle within the CSTP. You will partner with an assigned counterpart to supplement the candidate funnel and provide early-stage sourcing and workflow support for contract-based roles, building toward full lifecycle recruitment where possible.

Responsibilities

• Identify prospective candidates via job boards, LinkedIn, referrals, and networking.
• Post jobs on job boards.
• Interview prospective candidates.
• Prepare candidates for client interviews and discuss client needs.
• Recap interviews and outline next steps with candidates.
• Support offers and manage the offer process.
• Engage with candidates on assignment and ensure they have what they need.
• Proactively conduct cold calls to identify prospects.
