Beacon Hill Solutions Group is launching the Associate Staffing Consultant role within our Contract Staffing Training Program (CSTP). This position supports the candidate lifecycle and works with an assigned counterpart to strengthen a recruiter's skills, with potential progression to full-lifecycle recruitment.

It also emphasizes sourcing and supporting contract-based placements. The ASC role emphasizes relationship-building, independent judgment, and a strong drive to meet recruiting goals.

Responsibilities

• Identify prospective candidates via job board search tools, LinkedIn, internet searches, referrals and networking.
• Post jobs on job boards.
• Interview prospective candidates.
• Prep candidates for client interviews by reviewing resumes and discussing client needs.
• Contact candidates post-interview and outline next steps.
• Deliver job offers and manage the offer process.
• Reach out to candidates on assignment to ensure needs are met.
• Proactively perform cold calls to identify prospective candidates.
