Job summary

OpenGov is seeking a Senior Recruiter for a short-term contract (2-3 months) to support full-cycle recruiting across Sales and Professional Services. You will partner with hiring managers, build pipelines, and own the candidate experience from intake to offer.

This autonomous role requires 5+ years in high-growth SaaS recruiting, strong LinkedIn Recruiter and ATS experience, and the ability to manage multiple openings with speed and quality. Remote in US.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of full-cycle recruiting experience in SaaS or technology Company.
• Experience recruiting Sales roles (AE, Enterprise AE, SDR) and/or Professional Services (Implementation, Project Management, Solutions).
• Ability to manage a high volume of open requisitions with quality.
• Proficiency with LinkedIn Recruiter and ATS; Ashby is a plus.
• Strong stakeholder management and clear pipeline status communication.
• Self-directed and autonomous; immediate contribution with minimal onboarding.
• US-based preferred; fully remote engagement (no benefits).

Responsibilities

• Own full-cycle recruiting across Sales and Professional Services requisitions from intake to offer acceptance.
• Build and activate active and passive pipelines using LinkedIn Recruiter and other sourcing tools for SaaS talent.
• Screen candidates to assess fit against role requirements and OpenGov's hiring bar.
• Serve as primary point of contact for candidates and hiring managers throughout interview process.
• Maintain candidate data and pipeline activity in Ashby with up-to-date records.
• Partner with Recruiting Manager on prioritization, capacity, and coverage for engagement.
• Provide regular pipeline updates to hiring managers across Sales and PS.
