Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree is required.
• 7+ years of HR Generalist/HR Manager or related HR experience required.
• Experience administering payroll, employee benefits and total rewards programs required.
• Experience supporting 401(k) administration and year-end benefits processes required.
• Experience managing disability leave, paid family leave and leave of absence administration required.
• Experience with HRIS data management, systems implementations and HR data auditing required.
• Experience with Paychex is strongly preferred.
