Qualifications

• Experience independently managing employee lifecycle activities (onboarding, offboarding, leave administration, HR documentation).
• Experience with HRIS platforms is required.
• Workday experience is preferred.
• ADP Workforce Now experience is preferred.

• Support employees and managers across the U.S. with a broad range of HR operations and lifecycle activities.
• Handle onboarding, benefits administration, policy management, reporting, and organizational change initiatives.
