Aston Carter is seeking an Operations Recruiting Coordinator to work with a fast-paced recruiting team in Seattle. You will be an organized partner to recruiters, managing scheduling, records, and communications with candidates and hiring managers.

This entry-level role emphasizes strong communication, attention to detail, and the ability to adapt in a high-volume environment. The position is onsite in Seattle, WA, with a comprehensive benefits package for a temporary contract.

Qualifications

• 1 year of recruiting coordinator experience or coordination experience.
• Proficient with MS Word, Excel and PowerPoint.
• Bachelor's degree required.

Responsibilities

• Schedule interviews and phone screens with candidates and hiring managers, including travel arrangements as needed.
• Update candidate records and job postings in recruiting systems and confirm new hires.
• Provide timely follow-up to candidates via phone and email on recruiting status.
• Track recruiting activities and report candidate status weekly.
• Coordinate post-interview debriefs and provide debrief materials.
• Identify opportunities to improve candidate experience and scheduling efficiency.
• Assist in coordinating other recruiting activities as needed.
