CLEAResult is seeking a Contract Recruiter to join the People Team and advise on end-to-end recruitment for scale. You will navigate complex hiring needs, manage candidate experience, and collaborate with vendors to build robust processes that align with internal equity and business goals.

You will engage with business leaders, apply market insights, and help shape a best-in-class hiring function while representing the CLEAResult brand in every interaction.

Qualifikationen

• 5+ years of progressive recruitment experience.
• Experience overcoming obstacles in sourcing and recruiting.
• Familiarity with Workday and data-driven approaches.
• DOT qualification requirements and compliance with regulations where applicable.
• Salary determined based on equity, market data, and experience; sponsorship not provided.
