Job summary

CLEAResult is seeking a Contract Recruiter to join our People Team and guide qualified candidates through the recruitment process with expertise and empathy. You will act as a trusted partner to business leaders, ensuring a smooth, competitive process from sourcing to offer.

You will advise managers on market trends, craft customized approaches for complex hiring needs at scale, and uphold our brand with every interaction, while collaborating across functions to move the business forward.

Qualifications

• Over 5 years of progressive recruitment experience.
• Ability to quickly get up to speed with Workday and other platforms.
• Data-driven approach to recruitment and market analyses.
• Ability to advise managers on market trends and hiring strategies.

Responsibilities

• Join the People Team as Contract Recruiter and guide candidates through the process.
• Flawlessly execute and continuously improve the recruitment process.
• Advise managers on market trends, methodologies, and competition for hiring at scale.
• Identify and engage top candidates to move the business forward with passion and care.
• Represent CLEAResult brand with every interaction and collaborate with Vendors and organizations.
• Support teammates in the Recruiting group and cross-functionally with the People Team.
