CLEAResult is seeking a Contract Recruiter to join our People Team and guide qualified candidates through our hiring process. You will build and continuously improve a best-in-class recruitment workflow while advising managers on market trends and practical hiring strategies at scale.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of progressive recruitment experience.
• Proven ability to navigate obstacles in sourcing and recruiting.
• Ability to learn Workday and other business platforms; data-informed decision making.
• Compliance with DOT qualifications and transportation regulations when applicable.
• Pre-employment checks and immigration status limitations noted.

Responsibilities

• Join the People Team as Contract Recruiter to guide qualified candidates through our recruitment process.
• Build the recruitment process and continuously improve it to be best in class.
• Advise managers on market trends, tactical methodologies, and competitive hiring analyses for complex needs at scale.
• Find strongest candidates and shepherd their hiring experience with passion and care.
• Represent the CLEAResult brand with every interaction; vet candidates and partner with vendors as needed.
• Support members of the Recruiting team.
• Collaborate with the People Team to advance CLEAResult's mission.
