Job summary

CLEAResult is seeking a Contract Recruiter to join our People Team and drive talent advisory across our organization. You will guide qualified candidates through the recruitment process, build scalable hiring practices, and advise managers on market trends and sourcing strategies.

In this contract role, you’ll navigate complex hiring needs, partner with vendors, and contribute to best-in-class processes while representing the CLEAResult brand with professionalism and empathy.

Qualifications

• Over 5 years of progressive recruitment experience.
• Ability to navigate obstacles in sourcing and recruiting.
• Ability to quickly learn Workday and other business platforms; data-driven mindset.
• DOT qualification requirements and compliance with transportation regulations, if applicable.

Responsibilities

• Lead recruitment processes and guide candidates through the journey.
• Craft scalable, best-in-class recruiting practices.
• Advise managers on market trends and tactics for complex hiring at scale.
• Sustain strong candidate experiences with passion and respect.
