Job summary

CLEAResult is seeking a Contract Recruiter to support talent advisement and guide qualified candidates through our recruitment process. You will help build scalable processes, advise managers on market trends, and represent the CLEAResult brand with every interaction.

Collaborating with the People Team, you will focus on attracting top talent for complex needs at scale while ensuring a strong candidate experience and smooth operations across vendors and partners.

Qualifications

• Over 5 years of progressive recruitment experience
• Track record of navigating obstacles in sourcing and recruiting
• Ability to quickly get up to speed with Workday and other business platforms; data-driven approach
• If applicable, meet DOT qualification requirements and comply with transportation regulations

Responsibilities

• Join our People Team as a Contract Recruiter and guide qualified candidates through our recruitment process
• Build the plane as you fly it; execute and continuously improve a best-in-class recruitment process
• Advise managers on market trends, tactical methodologies, and competitive analysis for complex hiring at scale
• Find the strongest candidates to move the business forward and manage their hiring experience with care
• Represent the CLEAResult brand with each interaction, vet candidates, partner with vendors and collaborators
• Support members of the Recruiting team and collaborate with the People Team to advance our mission
