• 5+ years of progressive recruitment experience.
• Ability to quickly get up to speed with Workday and other business platforms.
• Meet all DOT qualification requirements and comply with all applicable regulations when applicable.

Responsibilities

• Join the People Team as a Contract Recruiter and guide qualified candidates through the recruitment process.
• Build the process while continuously improving it to best-in-class status.
