Job summary

Wilson is seeking a motivated Recruitment Consultant to join our collaborative and dynamic team. You will act as a trusted client advisor and candidate advocate, delivering cutting-edge recruitment strategies to meet critical hiring needs.

You will manage sourcing, screening, interviewing, and recommending candidates for both interviews and hires. This temporary contract (3-6 months) may extend based on project needs, with ongoing reporting and ATS responsibilities.

Qualifications

• Proven ability to perform all aspects of recruiting including market research, passive sourcing, and closing candidates in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Oversee the selection process from candidate identification to feedback collection.
• Build and maintain a strong network of candidates through market research and bench management.
• Develop proactive recruitment strategies to identify passive and active candidates.
• Present strong talent and address objections in the hiring process.
• Consult with hiring managers on final selections, compensation, and recruitment processes.
• Maintain relationships and satisfaction with clients and candidates.
• Meet weekly and monthly submit and hire goals.
• Update reports and ATS data along with related administrative duties.
