The incumbent will manage a large number of requisitions, proactively source candidates, and maintain stakeholder updates throughout the process. The ideal candidate has 3+ years of corporate recruiting experience, with 5+ years preferred,

Qualifications

• 3+ years of corporate recruiting experience.
• Experience recruiting for HR, Risk & Compliance, Operations, or related corporate functions.
• Experience with Workday is highly preferred.
• Ability to manage multiple requisitions simultaneously with attention to detail.
• Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.

Responsibilities

• Manage full-cycle recruiting for professional-level roles across multiple functions.
• Partner with hiring managers to understand needs and develop sourcing strategies.
• Source passive candidates using LinkedIn Recruiter and other channels.
• Screen candidates, assess fit, and present top talent to teams.
• Maintain regular updates with stakeholders on progress and market conditions.
• Ensure a positive candidate experience and represent the organization professionally.
