LufCo, based in Annapolis Junction, MD, is seeking a Contract Technical Recruiter to own full-cycle hiring for cleared IT professionals in the Ft. Meade/Annapolis Junction area.

The role emphasizes proactive sourcing, candidate experience, and collaboration with managers to build diverse pipelines. The ideal candidate has 8+ years in technical recruiting, with IC market experience and strong sourcing creativity.

Qualifications

• 8+ years of experience in full lifecycle technical recruitment.
• Experience recruiting within the Intelligence Community market or other niche industry.
• Creative sourcing experience to fill hard-to-fill technical roles.

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end recruitment for cleared IT professionals in Ft. Meade/Annapolis Junction area.
• Develop targeted sourcing campaigns using Boolean search, events, and cold-calling.
• Maintain robust candidate pipelines and map to open requisitions across contracts.
• Keep an active, branded LinkedIn presence and post to ATS and social media.
• Collaborate with Program Managers and Technical leadership to define role requirements.
• Present recruitment analytics and status updates on requisitions.
• Ensure resumes are formatted to templates and ATS data is accurate.
• Attend local career events to build relationships with technical staff.
