Qualifications

• Education: a bachelor’s degree is preferred but not required.
• Master’s Degree with 3+ years of experience / Bachelor’s Degree with 5+ years of experience / Associate degree with 8+ years of experience / High School Diploma with 10+ years of experience.
• Extensive experience recruiting technicians, engineers, and project leaders.
• Experience with Full Life Cycle Recruiting operations.
• Strong working knowledge with ATS/CRM and HRIS systems; reporting experience is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Recruit, develop, and maintain a candidate pipeline for technology roles.
• Collaborate with hiring managers to understand staffing needs for roles requiring security clearances.
• Develop and implement recruitment strategies for security clearance roles.
• Use sourcing methods to identify candidates with security clearances.
• Assess candidates’ qualifications and maintain a robust talent pool.
• Manage end-to-end recruitment lifecycle and candidate experience.
• Ensure processes align with regulations and guidelines with HR and compliance.
